awww..you guys remembered me! lol I'll let the 'old' crack pass this time! Nathan got me a birthday card that has a picture of an old man blowing out the candles on his cake and he wishes "i wish i weren't an old man" and POOF he becomes an old woman.
OH HAHA! But when Shaun saw the card he pointed to the old man and said "Hey mum...that looks like Dad"......
Sandy, that WAS funny! Your Shaun is quite the card!!! Happy Birthday Sandy - but that was yesterday - although you were born in the US so that means your birthday is still today ......I'm SO confused!! I love you much! I hope you collected all your birthday kisses! Love your very old Aunt! Debbie
Sandy, Mike asked me to wish you a happy birthday. It is late but he has not had envelopes in two or three weeks. He also said to tell you he loves you. Just to give you an update he has been moved to a minimum security prison, he does not have bars, he has doors. He doesn't have a job yet but has put a bid in on a floor covering class. Pray he gets it. There are twice the number of men in this prison but one of the most exciting things is he has single shower stalls :-) He said he is cleaner than he has been in quite a while. Mike is attending worship, a anger management classes, a class on fatherhood and a class on reading books to your children. They will make a CD of him reading and send it to his kids. He is excited about that. Melissa has some one new in her life and he is dealing with those emotions and he is also receiving 1 on 1 counseling. All in all he is working very hard to improve himself. He now has a radio so he found a Christian radio station and is able to start each day with a sermon, "what a way to start your day" Mike said. Seriously keep him in your prayers. Pray for wisdom as he is worried about what he will do when he gets out. Remember he has no one except his children and that is a lonely existence. I make no excuses when I write him, but I do feel his pain. He did what he did and he knows what he has to d0; but without any family it will be hard. Of course I want his address! I've been wondering why i havent' hear from/about him in so long. thanks for keeping me up to date.
As for me..feeling unwell again..Waiting to be told when my biopsy will be. Please keep me in your prayers..and pray they can fix whatever is wrong!! Thanks uncle jim,
