surgery

Hi all,

The heat has me a little worn out. I mean everyday it's the same old thing 65 sometimes even 68 degrees. Yesterday I actually had to open a window.
Oh well.
I spoke to the doctor today and my MRI showed that the tendon near the top of my arm just under the rotator cuff has torn away from the bone and I will need to have surgery. I have to wait 10 days and then call to make an appointment with one of the new Orthopedic surgeons comming in to the hospital at Lakenheath England. The entire orthopedic department is rotating out and new personnel is comming in. The captain I spoke with today thinks they should be able to get me into the O.R. by the end of August . He said quite frankly he had never seen anyone with my injury who was able to function on a day to day basis without losing control of their bodily functions. But that is one of the things taht makes me so masculine.
