Just wanted to let you know I am still alive. I finally have internet service that isn't dial up! I'm sorry I didn't call anyone on Christmas, it wasn't a great day for me. Bruce is in the Persian Gulf, Lexie was at her fathers, and well you know the rest. Love you all!

Treena, I sure do know how you felt - I've been there many times. This year was very quiet but beautiful for us. We read scriptures and did a lot of reflecting and watched a wonderful, uplifting program. At 11:30 Barry reminded me that we hadn't opened our presents. I didn't want to break the spell but of course we did. I used to do the same thing on all those Christmas's I spent alone before Barry got seniority. I learned early on that I would go crazy if I didn't find another way to celebrate. Lexy is still so young I know it must have been terribly hard for you.
