Dinner with Lacey, Chris and John

Pam and I just arrived home from having dinner with Lacey and her mom and dad, Chris and John. They are wonderful people, both professionals, very easy to converse with. I don't think at this point I could pick better parents for Lacey. I am convinced God put them together.
They are excited to be grandparents as Pam and I are aunt and uncle.
Lacy has been working all she can and being pregnant runs out of energy after working all day and evening too. She explained that is why she has been slow to email everyone, but she will.
I can not wait until you guys meet her.
Love,
Jim

OK What is a Jason Butter Sandwich?
Did Lacy grow up with siblings? Has she met the other children of Joyce?

A Jason Butter sandwich is Filet mignon sauteed in butter and served on buttered toast. I have them add provolone cheese, lettuce and mayo. It literally melts in your mouth.
Lacey's mom could not have children and Lacey was raised as an only child. Lacey's Dad is a Lab scientist and her mom works for the state of Maryland doing something in the dental field, I am not clear on what she does, but Pam could probably explain better than I.
There are so many things that points to a small world. Lacey's dad went to college with one of the Lab Techs she works with and a Lab tech she worked with at Nanticoke Hospital. She grew up around the corner from where my x_girl fried grew up. Her Best Friend was a student of Leslie Benjamin, whom you may remember being at our house at the time of mom's funeral. And a friend of her's taught her brother. Lacey worked in Seaford at a competitor of Jamie's employer.
Rick, Jamie and I, who have all learned to play guitar on Timmy's guitar, have decided to give it to Lacey so she will have something tangible of Tim's.
We were able to see the baby turn in Lacey's abdomen at dinner last night. She is so excited to be a mom, it is heart warming. So Tim is in heaven and will soon be a grandfather. Isn't that cool.....
There is so much more I could go on for hours but I just can't put it all in words.

Do you know if Lacey has checked out the blog? I did email last Monday and totally understand her not responding. I told her when she got around to it would be soon enough. Just thought if she checked out the blog she might gain some insight into this clan!

That sandwich sounds good but I couldn't handle the calories! I'd just have to cry with every bite!
