Hi Everybody!

Hi Family! It's been a very long time since I've written. A lot has happened, some good, some not so good. I've been working for Habitat for Humanity at their hardware-type store. It's been a lot of fun and very rewarding. I've volunteered at a couple houses and met the families that are getting the homes.

My time there is up now and I'm looking forward to welding school. I'll be starting welding training in three weeks. Hopefully there will be job opportunities when I finish.

I am starting a new job tomorrow. I will be testing and refilling fire extinguishers. It's a small business and I'm not sure what the pay is yet but it's work for now.

I'm actually volunteering right now so I had better log off. I love you guys. I miss you all and I hope you're doing well.

It was great to hear from you Mike! I don't know if you are aware of this, but your Uncle Clif (Biff) was a welder! Good luck in school. I know you'll do well. Who knows maybe one day Sandy can draw a picture for you to sculpt!!
Love,
Aunt Debbie

Hi Micheal, I was on the family selection committee for Habitat for several years. What heart wrenching and rewarding work. As a country we send so much aide and money to third world countries and few of us realize how many improvished live within our borders. I truly believe this is God's work as it should be. People that need help WORKING to make thier lives and the lives of others better. Our church is very active in this ministry. You will reap the rewards directly or indirectly. Now for welding...sorry to say son, but your uncle Steve started out as a welder. Better watch out, you could end up an electrician! Anyway, a man with a trade is like a man that knows how to fish...he never goes hungry. Proud of you...your cool Aunt Eileen
