Rick is back in the hospital with what he thinks is another pancreatitis attack. He's on the same ward. They haven't limited his diet as much yet as the blood work was in the normal range. Don't have any word yet on next steps - maybe they'll know tomorrow.

I've tried to post this three times so let's see if I have any better luck this time. Bottom line...please tell Rick we're very concerned about him, we're praying for him, and we just want him better. Please let us know when you have any more info. Love you, Eileen

Tell Rick that these hospital vacations are not as good in the UK as here in America.
Seriously though tell Rick we are praying for him. it is funny I thought about calling yesterday and got busy.
The symptoms that rick told me about sure sounded like mine when I had the gall bladder removed. It took them a week in the hospital to figure out what was going on. I hope Rick does not have the same fate. I had mine out the old fashioned way and that was followed by another week in the hospital. But things are different now and lets hope they can do it laparoscopically.

Nothing new to report. This attack isn't as bad as the last one. He's a bit more mobile - there's only one IV that he can unplug to move around a bit. He's OK to eat and drink. It seems like they are just waiting it out.
