At this time we are working on setting up a family reunion for 2009

Hey There! Well, I'm glad Jim beat me to the punch on this. Sometimes my life gets just way too busy. I need to slow down and smell the roses. Voting ends tomorrow morning 4/5/08 at 8:00 AM CST. I'll tally and announce the location then. I'll post to blog and send email as well. Hope everyone will become a blogger as this will be much easier. Where are we going for this Reunion??
Drum roll please.....and the winner is: Branson, MO. We had a total of 11 votes. I put husbands and wives together as they all voted the same I didn't want to sway the tally. We ended up with 1 for New York, 1 for Wichita, zero of Ohio (we dissed the entire state!) and 9 for Branson. Let's plan on the week of Saturday, August 1, 2009 through Sunday, August 9, 2009. Family activities will be planned for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 8/6 - 8/8. That way if folks can only get away for a few days, we'll have everything wrapped around that weekend with travel home on Sunday. I can smell the outdoor cooking at Silver Dollar City now!
